Visitors have a chance to get intimate with nature through its Nature Experience program which includes a guided walk to the Plant Discovery Garden, Rainforest Walk, and indoor/outdoor activities. In Rainforest Discovery Centre (RDC), you can have the best experience of the rain forest. The city is also a base for visiting the Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre and the limestone Gomantong Caves, home to swiftlets, bats and kingfishers.
